How to find content in Kete Digital New Zealand.

Browse

Use the browse button to see the entire contents of Kete Digital New Zealand, separated into item types. Click on the tabs to see different types of content. Content is displayed from newest (and/or most recently edited item) to oldest.

Search

Search for content using the keyword search box. If you are not sure of the spelling or want to include other variations of a word, just enter part of it. For example, you could enter "peters" if you are not sure whether a name is spelt 'Petersen' or 'Peterson'.

You can find phrases by placing the words between quote marks, such as "cabbage tree".

You can also use and, or and not to join terms together. For example, cabbage not tree (finds only content containing the word cabbage); cabbage or tree (finds content containing either of these words); or cabbage and tree (finds content containing both of these words).

If you misspell a word, content containing close matches will also be found. For instance a search on 'polo' will also bring up results for 'pole' because there is only one item containing the word 'polo' and you may have meant 'pole'.
